While the way people bank has changed, the credit union's purpose has remained the same. We combine personalized service with technology such as online and mobile banking and Interactive Teller Machines to give members convenient access to their finances while maintaining the local support they expect from Nassau Financial.

Our commitment also extends beyond banking. Through community partnerships, financial education, charitable support, and employee involvement, Nassau Financial works to strengthen the communities our members call home.

Supervisory Committee Report

The Supervisory Committee is composed of five independent volunteers who are primarily responsible for ensuring that the Board of Directors and the Management Team of Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union meet required financial reporting objectives and establish policies and procedures sufficient to safeguard the assets of its members.

The Committee meets at least quarterly with its Internal Auditor and Executive Management to review adherence to established policies and procedures. The Committee tracks the progression of action items noted in the audit reports to ensure that they are properly addressed.

For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, this committee engaged the accounting firm of Doren Mayhew CPAs to perform a comprehensive audit. This audit of the credit union’s financial statements was conducted in conformity with federal regulations, testing for conditions which could adversely affect the financial operation of our credit union.

The audit fieldwork was performed as of September 30, 2025.

This committee is pleased to report they found no material weaknesses. The accounting records and reports are prepared as required and accurately reflect the financial condition of our Credit Union. Our Credit Union is well managed, financially sound, and has effective internal controls. The credit union follows established policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.

Respectfully Submitted, Rhonda L. Maco Chairperson, Supervisory Committee
