Board of Directors & Supervisory Committee
Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union is governed by volunteer leaders elected or appointed from our membership. Their oversight helps ensure the Credit Union remains focused on the financial well-being of our members, sound financial practices and responsible operations.
Elected by Our Members
Board members are elected by the membership and volunteer their time and expertise without compensation.
Three-Year Terms
Each Board member serves a three-year term. There is no maximum number of terms an individual may serve.
Meeting at Least Monthly
The Board reviews financial matters, policies, rates, management plans and other Credit Union business.
Board of Directors
Each year, the Board appoints a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary from among its members. Board members also participate on committees that provide additional oversight of specific areas of the Credit Union's finances and operations.

Supervisory Committee
The Board of Directors appoints the Supervisory Committee to help oversee the integrity of the Credit Union's operations. The committee is made up of volunteers selected from the membership and appointed by the Board.
