This role will be responsible to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Mission, Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve, by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions. In addition, assist members with their transactions and perform other duties. Call Center Representative:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Mission, “Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve,” by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions that will build relationships with our members. Ability to provide Outstanding Member experiences while handling a high volume call center environment. · Deliver superior advice to build relationships with our members regarding savings, loans and IRA products. Seek to provide efficient "one call" resolution to our Members concerns.
System Analyst Programmer
This role is responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documenting of programs, systems, and procedures used by Nassau Financial in conjunction with our Core and ancillary systems. The programmer provides training to users on system enhancements and changes. Job Requires a BA or BS in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience with equal responsibilities. Minimum of three years of computer programming experience required.

Real Estate Specialist
This role is responsible in assisting Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to deliver its Service Mission, "Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve," by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. In addition, perform various duties primarily in support of all lending related efforts. This position will assist in Assist in processing and completing Real Estate funding packages. (Including but not limited to verification of Homeowners Insurance, Title Policy and dialogue with the closing attorney)
Customer Service Representative - Oceanside, Syosset
This role will be responsible for effectively developing and maintaining a financial relationship with our members by building relationships to determine their needs. To provide a product and/or service solution to help meet the member’s need in a professional, prompt and efficient manner. Overall, responsible for exceeding credit union goals.
Branch Manager – Garden City
Our Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Branch, including new business development, ensuring branch achieves its annual goals, service delivery, compliance, product and service development and policies and procedures. The Branch Manager directs the activities of the branch employees including; performance management, engagement, coaching and training, and ensures that quality service is provided to customers in compliance with federal regulations and our organizations policies and procedures. Assure that operations are functioning smoothly and efficiently during business hours. Our Branch Managers are responsible for building the Financial Institutions presence in the local community and for prospecting and enhancing business relationships. Successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional leadership and communication.
This role is responsible for processing and underwriting Nassau Financials Real Estate products within authorized authority, and in accordance with sound underwriting practices as set out in policy and procedure and as mandated by applicable secondary market participants. Knowledgeable in loan origination systems including but not limited to Encompass. Bachelor’s Degree and/or four years related experience and/or training in Real Estate underwriting or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. Must have a solid understanding of applicable secondary market participants underwriting guidelines, interpret applicable secondary market participants Findings Report and additionally adhere to mortgage insurance guidelines. Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Network Security Engineer
This role is responsible for the network and security administration for the Credit Union and provides administration and engineering activities across all areas of the organization’s IT Infrastructure. This includes, Active Directory, Outlook365, VMWare, Server, Desktop, Virtualization, Storage, Telephony and Network systems. Responsible for ensuring high availability and integrity is maintained at all times. Provides technical leadership to administrative and support staff. Develops and implements technical policies and procedures consistent with company goals and directives, and provides research and recommendations to management.
Business Systems Analyst
The Business Systems Analyst will help support the Credit Union’s core banking systems, internal and external digital channels and various other internal core applications. This position performs business and systems analysis and serves as a liaison between Credit Union business units and IT. This role will lead all aspects of requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and projects of small and medium complexity while supporting those functions for larger initiatives. This position will also perform day-to-day operational support.
Responsible to protect the assets of the credit union. Identifying and collecting consumer, credit card and home equity loans, which are delinquent, potentially delinquent or charged off. Performs daily collection activities for consumer, credit card, and home equity loans. Contact delinquent members, including co-signers, by telephone, mail, e-mail or in person to discuss their account(s).
