Open Positions: 

Member Greeter – East Meadow:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Mission, “Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve,” by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions. In addition, greet members and performs a variety of duties in promoting Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union services to new and existing members.

 Call Center Representative – Westbury:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Mission, “Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve,” by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions that will build relationships with our members. Ability to provide Outstanding Member experiences while handling a high volume call center environment. · Deliver superior advice to build relationships with our members regarding savings, loans and IRA products. Seek to provide efficient "one call" resolution to our members concerns.

Branch Personal Services Rep. – Full and Part-time:

This role will be responsible for effectively developing and maintaining a financial relationship with our members by building relationships to determine their needs. To provide a product and/or service solution to help meet the member’s need in a professional, prompt and efficient manner. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions that will build relationships with our members. Ability to provide Outstanding Member experiences and deliver superior advice to build relationships with our members regarding savings, loans and IRA products. Must be willing to travel to various Nassau County locations.

Trainer:

The purpose of this position is to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Mission, “Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve,” by providing outstanding service to both external and internal members. In addition, support the organization’s operational goals as well as training and development objectives by assisting with and/or delivering training. Assist in determining training delivery options and implementation by consulting with appropriate project teams, managers or staff members. Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures and provide suggestions for policy procedure changes. Deliver training in the classroom and on the front line. Also trains employees needing introduction, additional or further development. Determine schedules, lesson plans, and training delivery options. Perform all duties under minimal supervision.
