Open Positions: 

 

 Call Center Representative – Westbury:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Mission, “Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve,” by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions that will build relationships with our members. Ability to provide Outstanding Member experiences while handling a high volume call center environment. · Deliver superior advice to build relationships with our members regarding savings, loans and IRA products. Seek to provide efficient "one call" resolution to our members concerns.

Branch Personal Services Rep - Oceanside

This role will be responsible to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Misson, "Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve," by providing outstanding service to both external and internal members. Will be responsible for effectively developing and maintaining a financial relationship with our members and to provide a product and/or service solution to help meet the member's need in a professional, prompt and efficient manner. Ability to provide Outstanding Member experiences and deliver superior service to build relationships with our members regarding savings, loans and IRA products. In addition, assist members with their transactions and perform other duties.

Human Resources Associate

The purpose of this position is to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Mission, “Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve,” by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. In addition, process Nassau Financial FCU payroll transactions in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner; maintain the time and attendance system; distribute reports as needed. Assist the Manager in his/her HR duties and perform that position’s non-supervisory duties in his/her absence. ADP WorkForce now experience required.

Teller - Garden City

This role will be responsible to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Mission, Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve, by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions. In addition, assist members with their transactions and perform other duties. Bilingual a plus.

Senior Teller 

The primary purpose of this position is to assist Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union to live out its Service Mission, "Improving the financial well-being of each member and the communities we serve," by providing outstanding service to both members and internal members. A key component of this service is to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions. In addition, assist members with their transactions and perform other clerical duties. Responsible for ensuring that the teller area has sufficient staff at their workstations to serve members' needs. Provide mentoring and coaching congruent with the sales and service culture of the credit union.
