Teller- Full Time and Part Time openings

Ability to process our member transactions efficiently and accurately. Must demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude. High school diploma with knowledge of a computers and math abilities. Minimum 1 year of teller experience within a financial services organization.

Call Center Representative- Full Time

The Call Center Representative role will be responsible for effectively developing and maintaining a financial relationship with our members by building relationships to determine their needs. To provide a product and/or service solution to help meet the member’s need in a professional, prompt and efficient manner. Overall, responsible for exceeding credit union goals. Ability to deliver service consistent with our service promises and exceed all established performance standards. Effectively communicate with internal and external parties over the phone in a courteous and professional manner, while not impacting service to our members. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a financial institution. The Call Center Rep position has rotating shifts as follows: Monday through Friday(8:00am -4:00pm),(8:30am -4:30pm) and Monday through Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm and  Friday (10:00am to 6:00pm), Includes Saturdays on rotation (8:50am – 1:00pm) in either the East Meadow or Oceanside branch.
