Senior Customer Service Representative - Westbury Administrative Office

This position requires the ability to perform underwriting function on consumer and real estate loan products and render a credit decision. Provide efficient and concise explanation of credit union’s lending products and services to our member’s. Originate, underwrite, process and complete equity funding packages. Review home equity files for completeness including verification of proper documents to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and accuracy of HMDA reportable requirements. Provide feedback and follow-up on home equity loan proceed disbursements, including but not limited to loan proceed settlement and any applicable refunds, to ensure file is complete and within the department’s turn around time standards. Provide coaching, mentoring and assistance to the Customer Services Representatives in the Call Center.

Job requires a high school degree or equivalent with 3 years lending underwriting experience with a minimum one-year real estate underwriting experience. Supervisory experience in a call center is desirable.

Customer Service Representative (Part Time) - East Meadow Branch

Respond to members' inquiries, process and maintain various savings and loan products and services. Excellent customer service, sales, PC, communication and organizational skills are required. Minimum 1-1/2 years of successful sales and customer service related experience within a financial services organization.

Teller (Part Time) - Oceanside Branch

Ability to process our member transactions efficiently and accurately. Must demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude. High school diploma with knowledge of a computers and math abilities. Minimum 1 year of teller experience within a financial services organization.

Telephone Customer Service Representative (Full-Time / On Call) - Westbury Administrative Office

Respond to members' inquiries, process and maintain various savings and loan products and services via the telephone. Excellent customer service, sales, PC, communication and organizational skills are required. Minimum 1-1/2 years of successful sales and call center customer service related experience within a financial services organization experience.
